ALL MONEY IS DUE UP FRONT!

 

There is a 14-21 day turnaround time on garments

(Items needed before that will be acessed with a rush fee)

 

I only do overnight orders on jean vest customizations and sleeve swapouts

 

Shoes/clothes have to be clean and sturdy before they are sent to us.

We do not buy the products for the customer.

 

 All money is accepted on PayPal which guarantees that your

product is delivered or they will give you your money back

 

If order takes more than establihed business days to be notified of completion

then a deduction fee will be accessed for your inconvience

 

Customer can email us about the progress of their item AT ANY TIME!

 

Customer will receive a email when your order is ready

 

Customers must place a copy of the invoice inside the item to be

customized to reinsure accuracy of design and order

 

When choosing styled design types customers have to remember that spiked designs are for heavier materials and stud designs are for thin materials and won’t go into heavier materials If you want a design that is not seen you have to have a consultation which  has to be sent to our email with an attached sketch and we will  contact you within 48-72 hours.Check the consultation tab for more information.

 Once a style is picked it cannot be changed
 

All customers must understand that some of the materials used are sharp and may cause harm to self and/or others if not properly looked on. It is important that our customers understand and know that we are in no way held responsible for those types of accidents.We are simply the supplier of said items and would like for everybody to please be responsible and careful with their purchases!
